摘要
总结了1例腹透患者腹膜透析导管脱出的护理体会,分别从健康宣教、心理护理、病情追踪观察、导管护理和护理质量改进五个方面进行介绍。通过及时正确处理,患者未发生导管相关性感染,因此认为正确护理腹透导管脱出的患者是预防感染发生的关键。
The article is to summarize the nursing experience of 1 cases of patients with prolapse of peritoneal dialysis catheter, we mainly describe the article from four aspects respectively： health education, psychological nursing, disease observation and catheter nursing. Through timely and correct treatment, there were no catheter-related inflammation. This indicate that the correct nursing of prolapse of peritoneal dialysis catheter is the key to prevent PD related inflammation.
