摘要
研究采用连续给予高脂饲料24周建立实验性动脉粥样硬化大鼠模型,分别检测大鼠血管活性物质NO、ET-1、AngⅡ、TXA2和6-K-PG的含量或活性,并计算血管舒缩因子NO/ET-1比值、血栓因子TXA2/6-K-PG的平衡比值,探讨民族药艳山姜提取物对实验性动脉粥样硬化大鼠血管舒缩活性因子的调控作用.实验结果表明,艳山姜提取物能明显升高大鼠血清NO和6-K-PG含量,降低ET-1、AngⅡ和TXA2含量,分别改善血管舒缩因子NO/ET-1及血栓因子TXA2/6-K-PG的比值,恢复各血管舒缩因子之间的平衡失调.上述结果提示,艳山姜提取物具有较好的调节血管舒缩功能,保护血管内皮功能,有效阻止AS进一步发生和发展的作用.
This research used the experimental atherosclerosis rat model,which was established by feeding high cholesterol diet for 24 weeks, and measured nitric oxide ( NO), endothelin-1 ( ET-1 ), angiotensinII ( AngII), thromboxaneA2 ( TXA2 ) and calcu- lated 6-Keto-prostaglandinFlct (6-K-PG) contents, and the ratios of NO/ET-1, TXA2/6-K-PG to investigate the effects of Al- pinia Zerumbet Extract on the vasomotor factors of vascular endothelium in experimental atherosclerosis rats. The results showed that Alpinia Zerumbet Extract could increase the contents of NO,6-K-PG and the ratio of NO/ET-1, and also decrease the levels of ET-1, AngII, TXA2 and the ratio of TXA2/6-K-PG. All these results indicated that Alpinia Zerumbet Extract could effectively improve the atherosclerosis, the mechanism may relate to the improvement of the secretion function of endothelial cell, and the protection of vascular endothelial cells of atherosclerosis rat.
