推注压力对子宫输卵管造影检查对比剂逆流的影响

The Research about Effect of Injection Pression on Reflux of Contrast Agent in Hysterosalpingography

目的对发生对比剂逆流的子宫输卵管造影(HSG)进行分析,观察对比剂推注压力、子宫输卵管因素与对比剂逆流之间的关系。方法 HSG发生对比剂逆流101例次,根据逆流类型分为3组:静脉逆流、间质-淋巴逆流、混合逆流,统计各组对比剂推注压力、输卵管显影情况以及子宫内膜改变情况。结果 3组对比剂的推注压力分别是(14.2±4.1)kPa,(17.8±6.2)kPa和(15.6±5.1)kPa,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组之间子宫内膜毛糙比例分别是5.6%,30.0%,12.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);双侧输卵管不通的病例中发生静脉逆流的比例(6.9%)低于另外两组(25.0%,21.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对比剂推注压力、子宫内膜毛糙以及输卵管通畅与否是影响对比剂逆流的重要因素。

Objective To observe the relationship between the contrast agent ,injection pressure and the contrast agent reflux by analyzed the cases with contrast agent reflux in hysterosalpingography .Methods The images of HSG of 101 cases occurred reflux in hysterosalpingography .The reflux types were divided into three groups：venous re-flux,interstitial-lymphatic reflux and mixed reflux .And statistics of injection pressure of contrast agent in each group , changes of endometrial and development of fallopian tube were recorded .Results The injection pression of contrast a-gent in each group was （14.2 ±4.1）kPa,（17.8 ±6.2）kPa and （15.6±5.1）kPa,there was significant difference.The proportions of rough endometrial of the three groups were 5.6%,30.0% and 12.5%,the differences were significant . The occurrence ratio of venous reflux in bilateral fallopian tube obstruction was 6.9%,which was lower than the other two groups（25.0%,21.3%）,there were significant differences .Conclusion The bolus pressure of contrast ,rough en-dometrial and tubal patency or not were important factors that affected contrast reflux .
