农民工集体行动的中介机制研究——基于结构方程模型(SEM)的分析

Mediating Mechanism of Migrant Workers' Collective Action——Based on Structural Equation Models

农民工主观剥夺感会引发集体行动参与,但集体行动意向和城市生活适应在农民工主观剥夺感和集体行动的关系间是否具有中介作用?农民工的主观剥夺感能否引发他们集体行动的参与?本文运用结构方程模型的方法,验证了集体行动意向和城市生活适应的中介作用假设。为了预防农民工集体行动的发生,最重要的是降低他们的主观剥夺感;建立健全利益表达和心理疏导机制,弱化农民工群体认同和集体行动意向,防止意向转化为行为。与此同时,还要提高农民工城市生活适应水平,增强其对城市的心理认同。

Scholars have confirmed that the subjective deprivation of migrant workers would lead to the collective action,but the research on the mediating mechanism of this process is still limited. Whether collective action intention and the adaption to urban life is the mediating mechanism of the relationship between the subjective deprivation of migrant workers and collective action or not？ Whether the subjective deprivation of migrant workers can lead to the participation of collective action or not？ This assumption was tested using the method of Structural Equation Models and data on migrant workers in the Pearl River Delta, which was collected by the social investigation center of Zhongshan University. The findings in present study were consistent with the hypothesis. Based on this, the following strategies are proposed. Firstly, the most important thing is to reduce their subjective deprivation. Secondly, in order to weaken the group identity and collective action intention of migrant workers, as well as prevent the intention into action, a sound mechanism of interest expression and psychological counseling should be established. Finally, it＇s very important for migrant workers to improve their adaption level of urban life so as to enhance their city psychological identification.
