复方丹参注射液对川崎病动物模型血小板与血小板生成素的影响

The effect of compound Danshen injection on platelet and thrombopoietin in Kawasaki disease animal model

目的动态观察复方丹参注射液对川崎病动物模型血小板(PLT)、血小板体积(MPV)与血小板生成素(TPO)的影响。方法用牛血清白蛋白制作KD动物模型,随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组,治疗组于PLT在300×109/L以上开始给予静脉滴注复方丹参注射液,每天1次,使用15天。两组比较PLT、MPV、TPO值的变化。结果治疗组在第5天后查PLT(P<0.01)、MPV(P<0.05)及TPO(P<0.05)值明显低于对照组。结论复方丹参注射液能够降低KD动物模型PLT、MPV、TPO值,为临床治疗提供了很好的指导作用。

Objective To study the effect of Danshen injection on PLT,MPV and TPO in the animal model of Kawasaki disease. Methods The animal model of KD was reproduced by bovine serum. Then the model was divided into two groups randomly,one was experimental group and the other was control group. The experimental group began to use Danshen injection one time a day for fifteen days when the number of the PLT was over 300 × 109 / L. The changes of PLT,MVP and TPO were compared. Results PLT,MPV and TPO levels in the experimental group were obviously lower than that of control group after five days. Conclusions Danshen injection can reduce the number of PLT,MPV and TPO in KD animal model,and provide a great guidance for clinical treatment as well.
