血清总IgE和特异性IgE抗体在儿童过敏性疾病中的综合分析

Comprehensive analysis of serum total IgE and specific IgE antibodies in children with allergic diseases

目的对儿童过敏性疾病患者血清特异性IgE抗体(s IgE)和总IgE抗体(TIgE)进行检测和分析,从而更好地为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。方法利用免疫印迹法对我院329例过敏性疾病患儿进行s IgE和TIgE检测。结果 TIgE的阳性检出率(86.6%)高于s IgE的阳性检出率(51.7%),两者之间存在统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论总IgE和特异性IgE在儿童过敏性疾病中的阳性率存在差异,联合检测s IgE和TIgE并综合分析可以为儿童过敏性疾病的诊断和治疗提供很好的依据。

Objective To detect and analyze serum specific IgE anti-bodies（ s IgE） and total IgE antibody（ TIgE） of Pediatric patients with allergic disease,in order to better provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods The serum levels of TIgE and s IgE in 329 children with allergic diseases were detected by using immunoblotting. Results Positive rate of TIgE（ 86. 6%） were higher than positive rate of s IgE（ 51. 7%）,There were significant differences between the two（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions Differences are in the positive rate of total IgE and specific IgE in children with allergic diseases,combined detection of s IgE and TIgE and comprehensive analysis can provide a good basis for the diagnosis and treatment of children with allergic diseases.
