冷冻联合中药浸泡对多发性跖疣的治疗作用及免疫功能影响

Clinical efficiency and effect to immune function Of combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction and cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen on treating multiple verruca plantaris

目的探讨治疗多发性跖疣有效方法。方法随机将90例多发性跖疣患者分为三组。A组单用冷冻去除疣体;B组单用外用中药方浸泡治疗;C组冷冻去除疣体,同时外用中药方浸泡治疗。治疗结束后判定疗效。C组在治疗前后作外周血T细胞亚群测定。结果三组的有效率分别为60.0%、53.33%和83.33%。C组与A、B组有效率比较差异均有统计学意义。C组治疗前后外周血T细胞亚群有明显改变,差异有统计学意义。结论冷冻联合中药浸泡能有效治疗多发性跖疣且具有免疫调节作用。

Objective To explore effective treatment methods on treating multiple verruca plantaris.Methods A total of 90 patients were randomly divided into three groups,group A which treated with liquid nitrogen. group B which treated with the Traditional Chinese medicine decoction. Group C which treated combined with the Traditional Chinese medicine decoction and cryotherapy. Before and after treatment T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood lymphocytes of group C were also detected. Results Three groups have efficiency of 60. 0%,53. 33% and 83. 33%,respectively. With statistical analysis,the efficiency rate of both groups had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood lymphocytes of the group C had a obvious difference before and after treatment,which had statistical significance. Conclusions The therapy of combined with the traditional Chinese medicine decoction and cryotherapy on treating multiple verruca plantaris is effective and safe. The therapy has immuno-regulating effect and worth of clinical application.
