江苏某高校大一女生月经情况调查及相关因素分析

Research on menstrual cycle performance and impact factors of freshman girls in certain college in Jiangsu

目的调查大一女大学生的月经状况并分析月经周期影响因素,调查女学生的月经知识、态度及行为,为高校采取针对性的措施提供科学依据。方法对苏州卫生技术学院1 012名大一女生进行问卷调查,调查其月经情况、月经知识、态度及行为,并对月经周期影响因素进行分析。结果回收有效问卷1 006份。初潮年龄的中位数14岁。初潮年龄与体重、皮褶厚度呈负相关。月经不规则的发生率为20.78%。月经失调者的发生率为80.1%。月经不规则与经期洗冷水澡、经期睡眠不佳、吃辛辣食物有关。较高比率大一女生月经知识、态度及行为需要纠正。结论对高校大一女生应有针对性开展月经期保健及避孕知识的宣教,建立青春期卫生保健咨询小组,保障学生的身心健康。

Objective To investigate the situation of college freshman girls＇ menstruation and analyze the impact factors of menstrual cycle,to survey the female students＇ menstruation knowledge,attitudes and behavior,and provide scientific basis for college to take pointed measures. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted among 1012 freshman girls in Suzhou institute of health technology. Investigating the menstruation knowledge、attitude、behavior and analyze the impact factors during the menstrual cycle. Results 1,006 valid questionnaires were collected. Mean age at menarche was 14 years old. Age at menarche was negatively correlated with weight and skin fold thickness. The incidence of irregular menstruation was 20. 78%. The incidence of menstrual disorders was 80. 1%. Irregular menstruation was correlated with cold bath、poor sleep and spicy diet in menstrual period. Higher ratio of freshman girls＇ menstruation attitude and behavior should be corrected. Conclusions It is imperative to carry on menstrual period care and contraceptive knowledge education among college freshman girls.Establishing adolescent health care group to guarantee the students＇ physical and mental health.
