舒适护理在高龄高危患者行经尿道前列腺电切术中的应用

The application of Comfortable nursing in advanced age patients with high risk of benign prostatic hyperplasia treated by transurethral resection of the prostate

目的探讨舒适护理在高龄高危前列腺增生患者行经尿道前列腺电切术的实际应用效果。方法选取我院收治的60例高龄高危的前列腺电切术患者,随机分为对照组与研究组各30例,对照组予手术常规护理,研究组予手术舒适护理,比较两者的手术并发症的发生率和患者满意度等指标。结果研究组的手术并发症的发生率及患者的满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),比较差异具有统计学意义。结论对于高龄高危患者的前列腺电切术患者实行舒适护理,使患者在整个手术过程中享受了最佳的个性化服务,提高了手术效果,降低了并发症的发生率,有效改善了其生活质量,患者满意度较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of Comfortable nursing in advanced age patients with high-risk of benign prostatic hyperplasia treated by transurethral resection of the prostate. Methods Selects 60 elder patients in our hospital in patients with the resection,were randomly divided into control group and study group with 30 cases in each group,The control group received routine nursing operation,study group received comfort nursing operation,To compare the operation complications and the incidence rate of patient satisfaction index. Results The incidence of surgical complications in the study group and patient satisfaction were significantly better than the control group（ P 0. 05）,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions For transurethral resection of prostate elderly patients with high-risk patients implementation of comfort care,so that patients throughout the procedure enjoy the best personalized service,improved surgical results,reducing the incidence of complications,improve the the best personalized service,improved surgical results,reducing the incidence of complications,improve their quality of life,higher patient satisfaction.
