摘要
目的探讨健康教育在肺结核患者中的实施效果评价。方法采用回顾性方法,选取2011年8月至2014年10月以来我院收治的320例肺结核患者的临床资料进行分析,随机将患者分为两组,观察组168例和对照组152例。给予对照组患者常规治疗与护理,给予观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上实施健康教育,观察两组患者肺结核知识了解情况、遵医嘱情况、饮食及休息情况。结果观察组患者在知识了解情况、遵医嘱情况、肝功能异常、满意度等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论给予肺结核患者必要的健康教育能够提高结核患者对自身病情的了解,提高治疗依从性,使患者养成良好的生活习惯,从而提高结核病的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of carrying out health education evaluation in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Using the retrospective method,analysis of the clinical data of 320 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in our hospital since 2011 August to 2014 October were selected,the patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,the observation group 168 cases and control group with 152 cases. Given the routine treatment and nursing care of patients with the control group,the patients in observation group were given to the implementation of health education on the basis of conventional therapy,two groups were observed in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis knowledge; follow the doctor's advice,diet and rest. Results The patients in the observation group in the knowledge to understand the situation,the doctor 's advice,abnormal liver function,satisfaction were significantly better than the control group( P〈0. 05) with statistically significant difference. Conclusions Given health education in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis patients with tuberculosis necessary can improve understanding of their condition,improve treatment compliance,and enable patients to develop good habits,so as to improve the effect of treatment of tuberculosis.
