摘要
绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)因其良好的工作特性在高压大功率领域得到越来越多的应用。由于单个IGBT工作特性无法满足在实际应用中高电压大功率的要求,因此IGBT串联应用得到广泛研究发展。但是在IGBT串联应用中不可避免地出现负载过电压,过电流,散热不良等现象导致IGBT损坏甚至造成一定人身危险,因此串联IGBT的保护和及时的故障诊断分析越来越重要[1]。首先对串联IGBT保护环节进行简单的介绍分析,然后对串联IGBT的故障诊断实现进行了介绍,最后通过对故障实验分析证实了故障诊断环节的有效性。
IGBT is getting more and more applications in high-voltage and large-power fields because of its good working characteristic. Because of that a single 1GBT cannot meet the requirements of high voltage and superpower in practical application, so IGBT in series application has been extensive research and development. However, various load overvoltage and over current and poor heat dissipation phenomenon may occur inevitably which may result in IGBT failure even physical danger, so the protection and timely malfunction diagnostic analysis of IGBT in series is getting more and more important. Firstly, gave a brief introduction of IGBT protection module, then we focused on the malfunction diagnostic analysis and implementation of IGBT in series, the effectiveness of malfunction diagnostic analysis is proved through analysis of malfunction experiment lastly.
