免疫芯片是一种高通量、高灵敏度、高特异性的多元检测分析技术,近几年来呈现突飞猛进的发展,引起各个领域广泛的关注及重视。本文就免疫芯片技术的原理、特点,以及在抗生素残留、激素类药物残留、磺胺类药物残留等兽药残留检测中的应用进行阐述,以期将免疫芯片技术广泛应用于生物科学研究及实践领域。

Immunochip is a multiple analytical technique of high throughput, high sensitivity and high specificity with rapid development in recent years and has aroused wide attention in various fields. The principle of immunochip technol- ogy, characteristics and application in the veterinary drug residues detection were described in this paper in an attempt to promote its application in biological research and practical field.
