摘要
为了进一步完善平面开关磁阻电机的设计理论及其结构优化设计方法,本文深入研究平面开关磁阻电机电磁性能。详细介绍了平面开关磁阻电机结构,理论分析了平面开关磁阻电机电磁模型,利用Ansoft Maxwell建立了平面开关磁阻电机三维瞬态有限元模型,基于建立的有限元模型深入探讨了电磁推力、法向力与励磁电流、气隙长度、动子轭厚度之间的关系,研制了一台平面开关磁阻电机样机,并搭建了样机测力系统,进行了样机电磁性能的实验研究。研究结果表明,实验结果与有限元仿真结果相吻合,验证了提出的平面开关磁阻电机电磁性能分析方法的有效性和正确性。
This paper thoroughly researched the electromagnetic characteristics of planar switched reluctance motors (PSRMs) to further improve the design theory and design method of structural optimization for PSRMs. The structure of PSRMs was given in detail, and the electromagnetic model of PSRMs was analyzed theoretically. Based on Ansoft Maxwell, a three-dimensional finite element model of a PSRM was further built. Then, with the finite element model, the relationship among the electromagnetic forces including thrust force and normal force, exciting current, airgap length, and thickness of mover yoke was discussed in depth. The prototype of the PSRM was manufactured, the dynamometric PSRM system was established, and the experiment of electromagnetic characteristics was carried out. The research results show that the experi- mantal reushs coincide with the simulation results from the finite element model, and the validity of the proposed analytical method of electromagnetic characteristics for PSRMs was verified.
