摘要
针对反电动势为准正弦波的无刷直流电机,采用矢量控制技术实现了正弦波驱动。本文通过霍尔位置传感器进行转子位置估算,并介绍了一种线性转子位置校正方法。利用以STM32F103C8T6微控制器为核心的无刷直流电机控制系统实验平台进行验证。实验结果表明,与两两导通六步换相控制方式相比,采用矢量控制可有效降低无刷直流电机运行噪声和转矩脉动,适用于风机、家电等需要静音稳速运行的应用场合。
In such brushless DC motor with sinusoidal-wave back EMF, sinusoidal-wave control method have been realized by vector control technology. Hall position sensors were used to estimate the rotor position information, furthermore, this paper introduced a linear rotor position correction method. A brushless DC motor experimental platform based on STM32F103 C8T6 microcontroller was builded to verify sinusoidal-wave control method. The results show that the vector control can effectively reduce the noise and the torque ripple of brushless DC motor, compared with six-step commutation control model, the adopted control technology is suitable for the mute and steady speed running application , such as fan and home appliances.
