摘要
本文采用UG8.0建立支架和血管模型,将所需模型导入到有限元分析软件ANSYS中进行分析。得到支架置入血管的速度、切应力、压力等各项参数,进行分析之后得出结论。ANSYS软件模拟的结果表明,支架置入之后,支架处的血流速度会变缓,速度波动较小,流动相对较稳定。血液流经支架时,压强会逐渐变小,但变化范围不大。支架处的切应力基本不变。总的来说,支架对血液的流动影响很小,能较好地实现其功能。
This paper adopted UG8.0 to bulid the stent and blood vessel models. The models were then imported into the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The simulation results of ANSYS software showed that after endotheli al stent implantation, the velocity of the blood was slow and the fluctuation of velocity was small, which meant the flow was relatively stable. When blood flowed through the endothelial stem, the pressure gradually became smaller, and the range of the pressure was not wide. The endothelial shear stress basically unchanged. In general, it can be concluded that the endothelial stents have little impact on the flow of blood and can fully realize its function.
