OSAHS患者不同程度氧减指数与血脂、肾功能相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)不同程度的氧减指数(ODI)与患者血脂、肾功能的相关性。方法选取经多导睡眠图(PSG)监测并诊断为OSAHS的患者208例,按照不同ODI区间(ODI≤7、7<ODI≤18、18<ODI≤38和ODI>38)分为4组,比较4组患者在总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、尿素、肌酐、尿酸等方面的差异,分析不同程度的ODI与血脂及肾功能的相关性。结果 4组不同程度ODI的患者在TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoB、尿素、肌酐、尿酸等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ODI与TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB、尿素、肌酐、尿酸水平呈正相关,与HDL-C水平呈负相关。结论 OSAHS患者ODI增加与血脂代谢异常及肾功能改变相关。 Objective To explore the correlation between oxygen reduction index(ODI)with blood lipid and renal function in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods Selected 208 patients by polysomnography(PSG)and diagnosed as OSAHS,divided into four groups according to ODI(ODI≤7,7ODI≤18,18ODI≤38and ODI38).Four groups were compared in total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1),apolipoprotein B(ApoB),urea,creatinine,uric acid and other differences,analysis the correlation between ODI with blood lipid and renal function.Results There were significant different in TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,ApoB,urea,creatinine,uric acid in four groups with different degree of ODI(P〈0.05);ODI were positively related to TC,TG,LDL-C,ApoB,urea,creatinine,uric acid levels,and negatively related to the level of HDL-C.Conclusion Abnormity of blood lipid metabolic and changes in renal function are associated with the increase of ODI in patients with OSAHS.
