摘要
目的:分析中医三期辨证联合手术治疗四肢开放性骨折的临床疗效。方法:抽取入医院骨科治疗的四肢开放性骨折患者88例作为研究对象,采用抽签法将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组行手术复位治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上行中医三期辨证治疗,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估两组患者的疼痛程度,并观察临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗有效率为93.18%,较对照组(77.27%)高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后7d、术后15d VAS评分分别为(3.64±1.06)分、(1.03±0.53)分,均较对照组下降显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手术的基础上辅以中医三期辨证治疗四肢开放性骨折,可降低患者的肢体疼痛感,促使骨折部位愈合。
Objective： To discuss clinical efficacy of the TCM treatment plus operation on fracture. Methods： 88 cases were divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated by surgery; the observation group was treated in TCM more. Results： The efficiency in the observation group（93.18%） was higher than that in the control group（77.27%）; In 7d, 15 d, scores of VAS were better in the observed group; the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating fracture by TCM treatment plus operation can reduce the patient＇s limb pain, promote fracture site healing.
