摘要
目的:探讨中药加味四七汤对脑卒中后并发抑郁的临床效果。方法:将120例脑卒中后并发抑郁患者按数字表法随机分为两组,60例归入加味四七汤组,60例归入黛力新组,比较两组治疗后的抑郁改善程度和神经功能恢复情况。结果:加味四七汤组和黛力新组治疗后的汉密顿抑郁量表评分[(10.87±2.72)分,(11.36±2.84)分]及神经功能缺损评分[(10.56±2.64)分,(11.27±2.82)分]明显低于治疗前[(26.82±6.71)分,(27.12±6.78)分;(26.57±6.65)分,(26.31±6.58)分],差异显著(P<0.05);两组治疗后的汉密顿抑郁量表评分及神经功能缺损评分无明显差异(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后均没有明显的不良反应。结论:中药加味四七汤可明显改善脑卒中患者的抑郁状态和神经功能缺损情况,不良反应小,用药安全,建议推广。
Objective: To investigate clinical effects of the Siqi decoction on concurrent depression after stroke. Methods: 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups by the digital table method, 60 cases in the Siqi decoction group, another 60 cases in the Deanxit group. After the treatment, the degree of depression and neurological recovery in two groups were compared. Results: Hamilton depression scale rating and neurological deficit scores in two groups were much lower than before; The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). But after the treatment, there was no difference between two groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion: The Siqi decoction was effective on concurrent depression after stroke, with few adverse reaction and high safety, and worthy of promotion.
