参附养心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating chronic heart failure with the Shenfu Yangxin decoction

目的:探讨参附养心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选择我院于2013年6月-2014年6月收治的90例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,并将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。给予对照组患者常规西医抗心衰治疗。观察组患者在对照组的基础上配合参附养心汤治疗。对比观察两组患者的临床治疗效果、手术前后血清脑钠肽水平(BNP)情况以及左室射血分数(LVEF)情况。结果:观察组的总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的总有效率77.78%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的血清BNP水平为(608.53±42.84)pg/m L,低于对照组患者的血清BNP水平[(632.68±56.03)pg/m L](P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的LVEF为(53.00±2.84)%,高于对照组患者的LVEF[(41.32±3.11)%](P<0.05)。结论:参附养心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效显著,能够有效改善患者的心功能。

Objective：To study clinical effects of the Shenfu Yangxin decoction on chronic heart failure. Methods： 90 patients were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 45 cases for each. The control group was given conventional western medicine. The observation group was given the Shenfu Yangxin decoction more. Clinical efficiency, BNP levels and LVEF in two groups were observed. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group was 95.56%, higher than that in the control group（77.78%）（P〈0.05）. After the treatment, the serum level of BNP in the observation group was（608.53 ± 42.84） pg/m L, less than that in the control group [（632.68 ± 56.03） pg/m L]. LVEF in the observation group was（53.00± 2.84）%, higher than that in the control group[（41.32 ± 3.11）%]. Conclusion： The Shenfu Yangxin decoction was effective on chronic heart failure, could significantly improve heart function.
