薄层色谱法检出蛇胆川贝液中掺伪的鸡胆、鱼胆

TLC determining of adulteration situation of the Shedan Chuanbei liquid

目的:鉴别蛇胆川贝液中是否掺假。方法:采用薄层色谱法对蛇胆川贝液中可能的掺伪成分进行定性测定。结果:在蛇胆川贝液中检出鸡胆、鱼胆。结论:该方法精确,重现性好,操作简便,可以作为蛇胆川贝液真伪鉴别方法之一。

Objective： To identify adulteration situation of the Shedan Chuanbei liquid. Methods：The Shedan Chuanbei liquid was examined by TLC. Results： Chicken and fish gall bladder were found in the Shedan Chuanbei liquid. Conclusion：The method is accurate, reproducible, easy to operate, can be applied to identify the authenticity of the Shedan Chuanbei liquid.
