番泻叶的临床不合理应用分析

Unreasonable clinical application of Fanxieye

目的:对番泻叶的临床不合理应用进行探讨。方法:随机抽取我院于2013年1月-2015年12月间收治的60例使用番泻叶进行治疗的患者,其中22例患者临床应用番泻叶不合理,通过回顾性分析对其临床资料进行分析。结果:患者普遍存在全身发痒、尿频尿急、四肢发麻、咀嚼无力、食物滞留、全身无力等临床症状。经治疗,19例患者均恢复正常。结论:番泻叶在我国临床治疗中使用时,需要医务人员严格按照规定要求用药,力求降低不良反应的发生。

Objective： To investigate unreasonable clinical application of Fanxieye. Methods： 60 patients who had took Fanxieye in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were randomly selected; and 22 patients is unreasonable. Clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Clinical symptoms including the itch, urinary frequency urgency, limb numbness, inability to chew food retention, weakness and so on were common in patients. 19 cases were cured. Conclusion： Medication requirements of Fanxieye should be execute strictly in our clinical treatment, in order to decrease adverse reactions.
