中医辨证治疗晚期胃癌呕吐48例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 48 cases of vomit in advanced gastric cancer patients in TCM differentiation

目的:观察中医辨证治疗晚期胃癌呕吐的临床疗效。方法:选取经胃镜和病理诊断证实为晚期胃癌的呕吐患者95例,随机分为中药组48例,给予中医辨证治疗;对照组47例,给予胃复安治疗。结果:中药组总有效率为81.25%,对照组总有效率为68.09%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证治疗晚期胃癌呕吐具有较好的疗效。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of TCM differentiation on vomit. Methods： 95 cases of vomit were divided into the TCM medicine group（48 cases） and the control group（47 cases）. The TCM medicine group was treated in TCM; the control group was treated with metoclopramide. Results： The total efficiency was 81.25% in the TCM medicine group and 68.09% in the control group; the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating vomit in TCM differentiation can receive a good effect, is worthy of promotion.
