摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗老年脑梗塞合并肺部感染的疗效。方法:治疗组48例给予中西医结合治疗,对照组48例给予单纯西医治疗,两组均以10d为1个疗程,用药3个疗程后判定疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.92%,明显高于对照组的87.50%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗老年脑梗塞合并肺部感染的疗效肯定,安全可靠。
Objective： To observe efficacy of the integrative medicine on cerebral infarction and pulmonary infection. Methods： 48 cases in the treatment group were given the integrative medicine; 48 cases in the control group were given western medicine, 10 days as a course, for 3 courses. Results： In the treatment group, the total efficiency was 97.92%, higher than 87.50% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating cerebral infarction and pulmonary infection in the integrative medicine came to exact efficacy.
