中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效分析

An analysis of treating COPD in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法:从本院2012年2月-2014年2月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中随机选择108例,分为两组进行研究,分别给予常规西医治疗和中西医结合治疗。观察记录两组的治疗效果,并进行比较。结果:经不同的治疗,观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病可以获得良好的临床疗效。

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on COPD. Methods： From February 2012 to February 2014,108 cases of COPD were randomly divided into two groups, and were given conventional western medicine and the integrative medicine respectively. The efficiency in two groups was observed and compared. Results： After different treatment, the observed group was higher than the control group; the difference of total efficiency in two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine on COPD could gain good clinical efficacy.
