麝香保心丸结合曲美他嗪治疗30例冠心病合并心绞痛患者的临床效果观察

Clinical observation on treating 30 cases of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with Shexiang Baoxin Wan and Trimetazidine

目的:探讨利用麝香保心丸结合曲美他嗪对冠心病合并心绞痛进行治疗所取得的临床效果。方法:选择2013年3月-2014年8月曾在我院接受治疗的30例冠心病合并心绞痛患者,根据入院治疗先后顺序分为两组,即观察组与对照组,对照组患者选择曲美他嗪进行治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合麝香保心丸进行治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:通过对患者进行临床治疗,观察组中共有14例有效,对照组中的有效例数为10例;观察两组患者的心绞痛发作次数的减少情况,观察组明显优于对照组;两组患者在治疗过程中均无明显并发症,在该方面不存在统计学差异。结论:利用麝香保心丸结合曲美他嗪对冠心病合并心绞痛进行治疗能够取得满意效果,临床总有效率比较高,能够显著改善临床症状,降低心绞痛发作次数,应在临床上广泛应用。

Objective： To explore clinical efficacy of Shexiang Baoxin Wan and Trimetazidine on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods： 30 cases were divided into the observed group and the control group; the control group took Trimetazidine; the observed group took Shexiang Baoxin Wan. Results： In the observed group, 14 cases were effective; in the control group, 10 cases were effective. In the observed group, angina attacks was fewer, without obvious complications. Conclusion： Treating 30 cases of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with Shexiang Baoxin Wan and Trimetazidine could receive better clinical efficacy, with improving clinical symptom and reducing the number of angina attacks, and is worthy of promotion.
