摘要
目的:探讨中医护理对老年高血压病的干预效果。方法:选取我院于2012年2月-2013年5月期间接收的96例老年高血压患者,将其分为观察组和对照组。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上加入中医护理干预,经过15个月的治疗和恢复,观察对比两组患者的治疗情况和血压恢复效果。结果:观察组患者的血压情况明显优于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:在老年高血压的治疗过程中,结合中医护理干预,能够有效控制病情,降低血压,保障了患者的身体健康,有极高的临床应用价值。
Objective： To explore efficacy of TCM nursing on elderly hypertension. Methods： 96 cases were divided into the observed group and the control group. The control group received conventional nursing; the other group took TCM nursing more. In 15 months, efficacy and recovery effects of blood pressure were observed. Results： In the observed group, blood pressure was obviously better（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating elderly hypertension by TCM nursing and conventional nursing could effectively control state of an illness and make blood pressure decreased, protect the health of patients and show a better clinical value.
