中风病的中西医结合治疗进展

A review on treating apoplexia in the integrative medicine

目的:了解中西医结合治疗中风病的临床近况,以期更好地指导临床实践。方法:采用文献综述的方法,对目前中西医结合治疗中风病的临床进展进行回顾性的总结分析。结果:西医治疗本病的方法相对固定,在常规西医治疗基础上加用的中医治疗方法主要是中药的内服与外用、针灸与推拿按摩,且常常联合应用,并取得了较单纯常规西医治疗更好的临床疗效。结论:联合常规西医治疗方法的中风病中医治疗方法多种多样,中西医结合治疗本病疗效可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To understand recent developments of treating apoplexia in the integrative medicine, and guide clinic better. Methods： A review on treating apoplexia in the integrative medicine was analyzed by retrieving literatures. Results： In western medicine, conventional therapy often applied; while in TCM, expect conventional western medicine, TCM medicine, acupuncture and massage always were adopted, with better efficacy. Conclusion： There were many methods in treating apoplexia, while the integrative medicine could receive exact efficacy, be worthy of promotion.
