中医治疗冠心病合并高血压50例分析

Analysis of treatment of 50 cases withcoronary heart disease complicated with hypertensionby Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:对中医治疗冠心病合并高血压的效果及安全性进行分析探讨。方法:将我院2013年1月—2014年12月收治的100例高血压合并冠心病患者随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组50例患者采用西医治疗,观察组50例患者在西医治疗的基础上加用中药治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗后的全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度及红细胞压积明显低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。其两组患者治疗前的舒张压与收缩压不具备显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后均得到明显降低,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,且观察组的舒张压与收缩压明显低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。观察组的治疗有效率为90.0%,对照组的治疗有效率为76.0%,观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:中医治疗冠心病合并高血压可有效改善患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果,在临床上值得推广应用。

Objective：Toanalyze and investigate the effect and security of Traditional Chinese Medicineon coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension.Methods：100 cases with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertensionfrom January,2013 to December, 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.50 cases in the control group were treated with western medicine,while 50 cases in the observation group were treated with Chinese medicine based on the therapy for the control group, thecurative effects of the two groups were compared.Results：Low blood viscosity, whole blood viscosity,fibrinogen, plasma viscosity and hematocritof the observation group weresignificantlylowerthan those of the control group with statistically significantdifference,P〈0.05.The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the two groups beforetreatment were not significantly different（P〈0.05）, obviously reduced after treatment, P〈0.05, and the difference was statistically significant after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant, and the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%, while that of the control group was 76.0%, the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：TCM can effectively improve the clinical symptomsand the curative effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease with hypertension, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
