摘要
研究酒瓶用溶剂型水溶性丙烯酸玻璃漆的合成工艺及有机硅改性机理.实验考察反应温度、引发剂种类及质量分数、链转移剂质量分数、混合溶剂比例、有机硅烷质量分数等因素对树脂性能的影响.通过实验证明:当引发剂质量分数为0.7%,反应温度为95℃,链转移剂质量分数为0.36%,m(异丙醇)∶m(乙二醇丁醚)=4∶9为混合溶剂,合成树脂成膜后性能最好.
The paper studies the synthetic process of waterborne acrylic resin glass paint and the modified mechanism of organic silicon with the influences of reaction temperature,the species and contents of initiator,the contents of chain transfer agent,the mass ratios of mixed solvent,the contents of organic silicon and so on. Experimental results show that the properties of acrylic resin were perfect when the contents of initiator and the chain transfer agent were 0. 7% and 0. 36%,the mass ratio of mixed solvent was m( IPA)∶ m( BCS) = 4∶ 9,at the reaction temperature of 95 ℃.
