四川省经济发展中建设用地综合效率的分区差异研究

Partition Disparities in the Overall Efficiency of Constructed Land with Economic Development in Sichuan Province

根据统计年鉴和土地变更调查数据,采用DEA数据包络分析,研究分析四川省1999—2012年经济发展中建设用地等要素投入产出综合效率的分区差异.研究表明,四川省不同土地利用区建设用地等要素投入产出综合效率总体水平较高,但不同利用区投入产出综合效率与经济发展水平不完全吻合,综合效率变化规律差异明显;研究建议要充分发挥建设用地配置的调节作用,促进地区经济社会科学发展;同时应在科学分析建设用地等要素综合效率的基础上,兼顾地区经济发展的平衡,坚持多点多级发展,坚持土地节约集约利用.

According to the Statistical Yearbook and survey data of land change,Sichuan＇s partition disparities of constructed land and other elements input-output overall efficiency during the economic development in the year of 1999—2012 were analysed by using DEA data packet analysis model. It shows that standard of constructed land and other elements input-output overall efficiency is high in the different land-use model of Sichuan area while the constructed land and other elements input-output overall efficiency is not fully in conformity with economic development,which has obvious variation. Therefore,the research suggests that the full use of the regulating effect of constructed land＇s configuration to promote the economic and social development in the region should be put into effect. Meanwhile,the balance of economic development in region should also be taken into account,and the development of multi-point and multistage with the economical and intensive land usage should be insisted.
