薄层扫描法测定冰片及含冰片中成药中龙脑、异龙脑的研究

STUDY ON DETERMINATION OF BORNEOL AND ISOBORNEOL IN NATURAL BINGPIAN SYNTHETIC BINGPIAN AND CHINESE PATENT MADICINES CONTAINING BINGPIAN BY TLC SCANNING METHOD

本文采用硅胶G板,以石油醚;乙酸乙酯:氯仿(22:2:6)上行展开,5%磷钼酸乙醇液显色,对分离所得尤脑,异龙脑色斑进行薄层扫描定量,线性良好(γ=0.9995)。龙脑、异龙脑的平均回收率分别为99.34±2.4,100.0±1.9%用本法测定了数种天然冰片、合成冰片以及含冰片中成药中龙脑、异龙脑含量。对含冰片和薄荷脑的中成药,经改变溶剂系统,也能完全分离。所测含量均获得满意结果,并与毛细管气相色谱法进行了比较,结果相符。

Borneol and isoborneolCan be seperated on Silica gel G plate,petroleum ether, Ethyl acetate and chloro-form (22:2:6) as developing agent, in theway of up developing, and coloring with5% phosphomolybdic acid alcoholic sotutionand determine by TLC scanning.Linearity is good (r=0.9995). TheContents of borneol and isoborneol in na-tural bingpian, Synthetic bingpian andChinese patent madicines containing bin-gpian were also determined in this way.Bingpian and menthol in some chinese p-atent madicines Can also be seperated co-mpletely though Changing the developer.The results are satisfactory and identicalwith the results of capilliary gas chromat-ography.
