摘要
南岭瑶族自治县的财政长期捉襟见肘,2014年该片区被国家列为首批"主体功能区建设试点示范区",县域经济面临着艰难的经济转型与财政不可持续性的双重挑战。在主体功能区建设的特定背景下,连南县面临特殊的财政问题,因此县域综合财力需要从争取转移支付、促进经济增长,同时利用税收改革的机遇这三大方面进行全面拓展。
Nanling and the county government finances here has stretched for a long time. What＇s more,the areas were listed as＂The Pilot Demonstration Area of Major Functional Construction Areas＂,which leads to a double challenge to both the economic transformation and fiscal non- sustainability. Liannan Yao Nationality Autonomous County is faced with special financial problems. So it＇s necessary to strive for the transfer payment,promote economic growth and tax reform in order to improve the comprehensive financial situation.
