略论中国对印度的公共外交

The Research on China's Public Diplomacy to India

中国对印度公共外交既顺应了新时期中央开展新周边外交和新公共外交的总体战略,也有利于解决两国间互信不足的问题,改善印度的对华认知。当前中国对印度的公共外交主要从国家首脑的公关外交、以中印发展论坛为突破口的媒体外交和以孔子学院为代表的人文外交三个方面开展。但是,中国对印度的公共外交存在诸如国内民众情绪偏激、媒体阻碍、软实力推广手段单一、民间交流不足等问题。我们应从这些问题入手改善对印度公共外交,进而促进中印关系的进一步发展。

Nowadays,the Party Central Committee decided to carry out the new public diplomacy and new neighboring diplomacy.Furthermore,the Indian views of China are unsatisfactory. Therefore,we should strengthen the public diplomacy between China and India. Summit diplomacy,media diplomacy and cultural diplomacy constitute China＇s public diplomacy to India. However,there were a host of problems in it. Only solving these difficulties can the public diplomacy between China and India achieve desired effects.
