摘要
综述了国内外稠油改质的主要技术,包括稠油掺稀、溶剂脱沥青、减粘裂化、供氢热裂化、HTL改质技术等。论述了主要工艺应用和改质效果,比较分析各种改质技术的优势和不足。对于劣质稠油改质,需综合考虑这些改质技术成熟度、工艺过程、操作成本、投资规模。此外,重油改质工艺的选择要根据稠油规模、油田具体情况及改质目标确定。
This paper summarized the main technologies for viscous oil upgrading at home and abroad,includingtechnologies for viscous oil blending with dilute oil,solvent deasphalting,visbreaking,hydrogen donor thermal crackingand HTL upgrading. It discussed the process application and upgrading result and compared and analyzed the advantage anddisadvantage of various upgrading technologies. For inferior viscous oil upgrading,it is necessary to take an overallconsideration on the maturity of these upgrading technologies,their process,operation cost,investment scale and largedifference of product quality. In addition,the selection of heavy oil upgrading process should be determined according toviscous oil scale,specific circumstance of oil field and goal of upgrading.
