某石化公司的ABS装置干燥系统在装置运行过程中,由于高胶粉料的粒径小、粘度大等原因,影响了该系统装置的平稳运行。通过实施优化工艺、改造设备、加强管理等系列措施,实现了该系统装置的平稳运行。

During ABS plant running,because the size of high glue granules was small and the Viscosity of them was high,the drying system of ABS plant of a petrochemical company hasaffected the smooth running of this plant. By implementationof process optimization,equipmentrenovation and management strengthening,the sooth running of the plant has beenrealized.
