摘要
目的根据离心机转臂结构特点,设计符合技术指标要求的转臂结构。方法首先根据离心机风阻功率分析,得到转臂高度范围,并通过转臂受力分析,初步确定转臂拉力带构型,接着以质量最轻为目标,以转臂垂向变形量和应力值为约束条件进行优化设计。结果通过初步拓扑设计及后续优化设计获得了理想的拉力带截面参数,并对优化后的转臂构型进行力学分析。结果表明,结构满足强度、刚度和动态性能要求。结论所设计结构满足技术指标要求。
Objective To design centrifuge arm structure according to technical requirements based on features of the centrifuge arm structure. Methods The height of the arm was obtained by the air drag analysis and the initial configuration of the arm was determined by arm stress analysis. And then aiming at minimization of mass, the optimization design was carried out with the vertical variation and the stress as the restriction conditions. Results By the initial topological design and optimization design, the proper beam section parameters were obtained. The mechanical analysis of optimized arm configuration showed that the strength, stiffness and the dynamical properties were all in the required range. Conclusion The designed structure reached the technical requirements.
