摘要
以17型车钩装配体为研究对象,利用Altair Hyper Works 10.0软件,对车钩装配体进行网格划分,按照AAR标准,使用ansys12.0软件对车钩装配体进行静强度分析。计算结果表明,应力较大部位与运用中故障多发部位一致,能够较好地反映车钩实际受力状况,为车钩的设计和改进提供参考。
This paper will illustrate the process of the static strength analysis for No 17 couper based on assembly. In the process of analysis, the altair hyoerworks 10.0 software was used to mesh the model, and the ansys 12.0 software was used to analyse the model under the standard of aar. The result indicated the stress state of coupler was in accord with the damage in facts, and could reflect the estate that the coupler worked one another. It would provide reference basis for coupler structure design and improvement.
