摘要
自动推料机构属于多杆机构,设计的主要任务是确定杆长和节点坐标等基本结构的数值,用传统的方法设计多杆机构,要反复推算,设计时间长,工作量大,而且设计结果不一定是最优的设计。将多杆机构的基本结构参数作为设计变量,建立多杆机构优化设计的数学模型,将体积最小化和效率最高作为目标函数,将运动连续性和空间结构等作为约束条件,运用MATLAB优化工具箱,方便快速设计出最优的自动推料机构。
Automatic feeding mechanism is a multi - bar mechanism, the main task of the design is to determine the basic structure of the rod length and node coordinates, using the traditional method to design multi - rod mechanism, to repeatedly calculate, design time is long, the workload is large, and the design results are not necessarily optimal design. If the basic structural parameters of the multi bar mechanism are used as the design variables, the mathematical model of the multi bar mechanism optimization design is established, and the volume minimization and efficiency are the highest objective function. The motion continuity and spatial structure are used as constraints, and the MATLAB optimization toolbox is used to design the optimal automatic feeding mechanism.
