摘要
目前轿车白车身点焊时经常出现由于焊点位置设计不合理而导致出现半点和分流的缺陷问题,无法保证强度和质量要求。针对这个问题,通过研究焊点临界位置,找出车身焊点发生焊接缺陷的条件,建立不同焊钳的临界自由尺寸和边缘距离,为车身设计部门提供参考。
Today joints welding defects including half point and current divider are produced due to the unreasonable design of spot position in BIW resistance spot welding. So strength and quality can not be guaranteed.To resolve the question this paper finds out body joints welding defects by the study of the critical solder joint position and provides a reference for the body design department through establishing critical free size and edge distance of different electrode holders.
