摘要
以Brevini轮边减速机内嵌的停车制动器为研究对象,综合运用有限元分析法、数值模拟等方法,采用结构接触分析确定制动过程中的对偶钢片和摩擦片的压力分布,通过接触单元的变形协调条件计算接触应力,并保证变形与接触压力的协调。
This paper is based on the enterprise, the parking brake of Brevini wheel side reducer is the research object, using the finite element analysis method and numerical simulation method, the pressure distribution of the dual steel sheet and the friction plate is determined by the structural contact analysis.
