热镦加工过程中产生大量油雾。该类型的油雾温度高、有易燃性,设计的油雾处理系统具有防火安全特性,并综合应用惯性分离、过滤分离及静电分离几种油雾处理方法。介绍了该系统的工艺流程、各主要处理单元的结构设计、运行参数和使用效果。
A large number of oil mist generated during hot forging machine worked.This type of oil mist temperature is high and flammable, the design of the oil mist treatment device has fire safety characteristics, and integrated application of the inertia separation, filtration separation and electrostatic separation of several oil mist processing method. The process flow and the structure design, operating parameters and using effect of the main processing unit of the oil mist treatment system are introduced.
