摘要
通过对发动机三槽气门锁夹压装方式的研究与掌握,分析计算最优的压装方案,并利用UG、Auto CAD、ANSYS等虚拟设计平台对锁夹压装机进行结构优化设计,经过部件采购、零件制造及设备安装调试后,投入到生产现场应用。
Based on the research and analysis of mounting keys equipment for engine valve with three grooves,calculating the optimal solution, and optimize the structure of mounting keys equipment by using some virtual design platform such as UG, Auto CAD and ANSYS. After parts purchasing and manufacturing, equipment installing and debugging, it had been put into production field to use.
