基于试验法的商用车发动机舱扬尘分析与改进

摘要 商用车特别是工程车,工作环境恶劣,尘土较多且随着商用车近年来发动机的高功率化,发动机舱设计的复杂化,发动机罩内温度上升,空气流通阻力变大,发动机舱内的冷却、风扇扬尘等问题日益凸显。通过实验研究手段解决了我司某商用车扬尘所引起的机舱污染致金属锈蚀、散热器翅片易堵塞致散热失效等问题,通过加装导流板的形式解决了发动机舱污染及散热失效等问题,同时导流板的强制导流作用还解决了前端进气热风回流现象,使冷却系统散热能力提升7.9%. Commercial truck, especially used for construction, usually working in dusty environment. With the hnproving of commercial thick high engine power anti the increasing complex of engine compartment design, the hood inner temperature rises and the air flow resistance becomes larger which exacerbating the engine compartment cooling ,fan dust and other issues. In this paper, a experimental method that used to resolve metal corrosion in vehicle cabin caused by dust pollution and heat failure problems caused by radiator fins plug was described. A baffle was installed to solve the problems of pollution and heat failure, while the role of forced diversion decreases the reflow phenomenon intake hot air which improves cooling system cooling capacity 7.9 %.
