浙江是中小企业的聚集地,柔性制造单元是中小企业实现自动化,提高生产效率,破解当前技工荒的一条有效途径,具有很大的推广价值。利用两台数控车床和国产机械手组建简易柔性制造单元,低成本改造,实现企业轴类零件加工过程自动化,极大提高了生产效率,节约人力成本,同时提高产品的加工质量。

In this paper, we use two CNC lathe and domestic manipulator to form a simple flexible manufacturing cell, which is low cost,it achieved the process automation of shaft parts in enterprise , greatly improves the production efficiency and quality of the products, save the cost of human resources.
