摘要
X射线荧光光谱分析,在石油及其产品的硫含量检测中得到了广泛的应用.国Ⅴ排放法规将限制硫含量小于10mg/kg,普通的能量色散型X射线荧光仪已很难满足分析精度的要求,而具有高分辨率低检出限等优点的波长色散型X射线荧光仪更具优势.本文从光管、高次衍射线、滤波片、探测器等角度全方位优化考虑,研制符合国家机动车第五阶段排放标准要求的波长色散型X荧光测硫仪.
The X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis has been employed to analyze the sulfur concentration in the fuel oil.China V emission standards has restricted the superior limit of sulfur content less than 10mg/kg,The energy dispersive X ray fluorescence spectrometer is incapable of providing a sufficient precision of analysis,but the wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer has a natural advantage due to the high resolution of the detectors and the lower limit of detection (LLD).This paper described the full optimization of X-Ray tubes,high order diffraction,filters and detectors of the wavelength dispersive X-Ray fluorescence sulfur analyzer which can meet the requirements of China V emission standards
