Progress of CLOCK genes in hematoligic malignancies

摘要 生物钟是机体的一种内生的时间维持系统,广泛存在于各种机体内,表现在代谢、细胞增殖、生理和行为等各个方面。大量的流行病学研究证实,生理节律的改变,可以引起多种恶性肿瘤的高风险发病。近年来,随着对生物钟基因的研究发现。 Summary The CLOCK genes play a key role in the occurrence and development of many cancers. Similarly, CLOCK genes are also involved in hematologic malignancies. Changed circadian rhythms can affect hematopoiesis, causing abnormalities of the blood system. And the aberrant expression of CLOCK genes can be found in many hematologic malignancies. Taking into account of circadian rhyrhm in treatment of malignancies, can not only shorten the course of treatment, reduce complications,hut also prolong survival.
