图书馆社会服务体系作为重要的信息资源地和文化教育机构,是社会公民传播知识、提升素质的重要系统,是满足服务社会需求的产物,是实施全民教育、终身教育不可替代的重要途径和方式。就其存在的问题,笔者进一步探索改进的策略:盘活存量,加大图书馆建设;加大对各类图书馆的投入,改善图书馆软硬件条件等。
