盆腔炎性疾病综合治疗的疗效观察

Observation of Comprehensive Therapy in the Treatment of PID

目的探讨盆腔炎性疾病（PID）综合治疗的疗效。方法选取2014年4月~2015年3月我院收治的盆腔炎性疾病患者92例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各46例,观察组采用直肠给药联合静脉滴注给药、微波照射综合方式进行治疗,对照组单纯实施静脉给药治疗,对比两组患者的疗效。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为93.5%,明显高于对照组的73.9%,观察组对腹痛、盆腔积液、子宫附件压痛、白带增多的治疗有效率均高于对照组,观察组复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合方法治疗盆腔炎性疾病,疗效显著,方法简单,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the comprehensive therapy in the treatment of PID（Pelvic Inflammatory Disease）. Methods 62 PID patients treated from April 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 31 cases each group. The observation group adopted the comprehensive therapy of rectal administration combined with intravenous drip and microwave irradiation. The control group just adopted the intravenous drip. The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group 93.5% was significantly higher than that of control group 73.9%; the effective treatment rate of abdominal pain, pelvic fluid, tenderness of adnexa uterus and leukorrhagia of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group; the recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive therapy has an obvious treatment effect in PID. The simple method is worthy of clinical promotion.
