以三聚氰胺甲醛微球为模板制备介孔TiO2空心微球

Preparation of Mesoporous Hollow Spheres of TiO2 by Using MF Microspheres as Templates

摘要 以聚合物三聚氰胺甲醛(MF)微球为模板,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为致孔剂,经溶胶-凝胶和高温煅烧两步法,制备了TiO2介孔结构的空心微球。以亚甲基蓝水溶液为模型物,评价了TiO2微球的光催化活性能。采用扫描电镜、透射电镜、红外光谱、氮气吸附-脱附、x射线衍射、紫外-可见分光光度法等测试手段对空心微球的结构、形貌和光谱性质进行了表征。结果表明,TiO2空心微球的粒径在300nm左右,具有完整的球形空腔、较高的比表面积和介孔结构壳层,并且在模拟太阳光下有高效的光催化活性。 Mesoporous hollow spheres consisting of TiO2 were prepared by using melamine formaldehyde (MF) microspheres as the core template and CTAB as the pore directing agent via a solgel process combining with calcinations. Photocatalytic degradation activity of the TiO2 hollow spheres to methylene blue were evaluated. Various analytic techniques such as SEM, TEM, FT-IR, Nitrogen adsorption-desorption measurements, XRD and UV-Vis were utilized to characterize the structure, morphology, composition and optical properties of the resultant hollow spheres. Results showed that hollow spheres with a diameter of 300 nm, spherical morphology, relative large specific surface area and mesoporous shell were generated. The TiO2 hollow spheres possess the superior photocatalytic degradation property under a solar simulator equipped.
