Concentration of DEHP in Benincasa Hispida by UPLC

邻苯二甲酸二（2-乙基己基）酯（DEHP）是一种应用较广泛的有机污染物。通过超高效液相色谱（UPLC）方法测定冬瓜中DEHP含量，实验结果表明：该分析方法具有时间短、选择性好、干扰少等特点，能满足蔬菜中DEHP的分析要求，具有实际的检测价值。

Di-（2-ethylhexyl） phthalate （DEHP）, a phthalate ester, is widely used as a plasticizer in the manufacturing of plastics. This essay generally studies the detecting methods of DEHP in Benincasa hispida by UPLC. The results indicate that the method is precise and selective with little interference. With a high practical application value, the method can fulfill the analysis of DEHP.
